At PetCuty, we operate using an international dropshipping model, working with trusted suppliers and logistics partners worldwide to deliver products directly to our customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom. This Shipping Policy explains how shipping, VAT, and IOSS are handled.
1. Shipping Model (Dropshipping)
All orders placed on PetCuty are shipped directly from our international suppliers to the customer’s delivery address.
As a result:

Products may be shipped from warehouses located outside the EU or UK

Multiple items in the same order may arrive in separate packages

Delivery times may vary depending on supplier location and customs procedures

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days after payment confirmation

Processing includes order verification, quality checks, and handover to the shipping carrier

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays
Once shipped, customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking details, where available.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
As this is an international dropshipping service, delivery times are estimates:

European Union: 7 to 20 business days

United Kingdom: 7 to 18 business days
Please note that delivery times may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, seasonal demand, or local regulations.

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout before order confirmation

Promotional free shipping offers may apply and will be clearly stated on the website
6. VAT (Value Added Tax) & IOSS – European Union
For customers located in the European Union:

VAT is collected at checkout for eligible orders in accordance with EU regulations

PetCuty is registered under the IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop) scheme for consignments with a value of up to €150

When IOSS applies, VAT is prepaid, and customers should not be charged VAT again upon delivery
For orders exceeding €150, VAT and customs duties may be charged by local customs authorities upon import and are the responsibility of the customer.
7. VAT & Customs – United Kingdom
For customers located in the United Kingdom:

VAT may be collected at checkout for orders with a value of up to £135, in line with UK regulations

For orders above £135, VAT, customs duties, or import fees may be charged upon delivery and are the responsibility of the customer
Any additional charges imposed by UK customs are beyond the control of PetCuty.
8. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
Unless explicitly stated otherwise:

Any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by local authorities are the responsibility of the customer

PetCuty is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or clearance procedures
9. Tracking Information
Tracking information will be provided once the order has been dispatched, where supported by the shipping carrier.
Please allow up to 48–72 hours for tracking details to become active.
10. Delivery Issues
If your order is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact PetCuty within 7 days of the expected delivery date, providing your order number and relevant details.
11. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details are accurate at checkout.

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional reshipping fees
